Minister De Clerck is verantwoordelijk voor kindermisbruiken

BELGISCHE JUSTITIEMINISTER IS VERANTWOORDELIJK VOOR KINDERMISBRUIK

De vzw Werkgroep Morkhoven vernam dat Maria Van Gompel, de moeder van Morkhoven-bestuurslid Marcel Vervloesem, de afgelopen dinsdag overleden is. De plechtigheid zal volgende week dinsdag plaats vinden.

Marcel Vervloesem kwam het nieuws over zijn overleden moeder via vrienden te weten. Dat kwam omdat zijn halfbroer VICTOR, die de verhalen rond 'sexueel misbruik van Marcel Vervloesem' via Het Nieuwsblad, Gazet van Antwerpen, Het Laatste Nieuws en Telefacts (VTM) ten tijde van de kinderpornozaak Zandvoort verspreidde, geen doodsbrief opstuurde. Ook Wendy Vervloesem, dochter van Marcel Vervloesem, ontving geen doodsbrief.

Het is duidelijk dat de Belgische Justitie die Victor Vervloesem altijd steunde, weer een hand in deze zaak heeft.
Victor Vervloesem beroept zich namelijk op de ongrondwettelijke voorwaarden die Marcel Vervloesem enkele maanden geleden bij zijn vrijlating door de strafuitvoeringsrechtbank van Antwerpen kreeg opgelegd.
In die voorwaarden stelde Justitie dat de aktievoerder:
- het spreekverbod met de pers dat hem in 2006 bij gerechtelijk vonnis van de correctionele rechtbank van Turnhout werd opgelegd, moet respecteren (en de pers is ermee akkoord dat de persvrijheid in die zin wordt beperkt)
- niet mag meewerken aan verenigingen die kindermisbruiken bestrijden
- geen contact mag hebben met zijn vrienden (bestuursleden) van de vzw Werkgroep Morkhoven die hem 2 jaar lang, wekelijks in de gevangenis gingen bezoeken
- geen contact mag hebben met de acteur Jo Reymen (geen lid van de vzw Werkgroep Morkhoven) omdat die zich afvroeg waarom de Justitie geen onderzoek voerde naar de 30 processen-verbaal van zedenfeiten met kinderen en minderjarigen waarin VICTOR Vervloesem genoemd wordt.

Belangrijk om weten is dat Victor Vervloesem die inmiddels tot gemeenteraadslid van Herentals werd verkozen en er tot voorzitter van een 'Commissie Veiligheid en Politie' werd benoemd, het proces tegen Marcel Vervloesem zowel voor de correctionele rechtbank te Turnhout als voor het Hof van Beroep van Antwerpen heeft verloren. Maar de Belgische Justitie wist in 2006 (het jaar waarin Marcel Vervloesem een spreekverbod met de pers kreeg opgelegd) drie minderjarigen te vinden die vanwege drugshandel, diefstallen, inbraken en een gewapende roofoverval in een jeugdinstelling zaten. Die beschuldigden Marcel Vervloesem, zoals Victor Vervloesem en zijn vrienden dit voordien hadden gedaan, van 'folteringen en verkrachtingen' en stapten met hun verhalen naar de pers die de slechte gewoonte heeft iemand schuldig te verklaren vooraléér er een gerechtelijk onderzoek wordt gevoerd.

Door het mediaproces dat meer dan 10 jaar duurde en waarbij de aktievoerder voortdurend als 'zelfverklaarde kinderpornojager', 'pedofiel' en 'gestoorde' aan de schandpaal werd genageld en doordat men de ontlastende stukken uit zijn strafdossier deed verdwijnen (zoals de Hoge Raad voor de Justitie schriftelijk bevestigde), was de veroordeling van Marcel Vervloesem in 2008, enkel maar een formaliteit voor de Belgische Justitie.

Marcel Vervloesem werd opgesloten nadat de Belgische Justitie Marcel Vervloesem van het 'bezit van kinderporno' betichtte en het materiaal van de kinderpornozaak Zandvoort in Marcel Vervloesem's strafdossier wegstak. Het is dank zij deze doofpot-operatie dat de recente misbruikzaak in Amsterdam waarbij zelfs peuters werden verkracht, mogelijk was.

Het is echter geen toeval dat justitieminister De Clerck (CD&V - christendemocraten) die hier en daar zelfs een 'pedovriendje' wordt genoemd, het spreek- en contactverbod van Marcel Vervloesem laat misbruiken.
In 1996 zei De Clerck in de Belgische Senaat: 'Ik heb van deze werkgroep al ontelbare brieven gekregen, die ik systematisch heb overhandigd aan het parket, met het verzoek ze te onderzoeken. Ik stel echter vast dat de werkgroep niet altijd op een even correcte en loyale manier correspondeert. Recent publiceerden zij verklaringen en legden onaanvaardbare verklaringen af, wat mij doet twijfelen aan de ernst van deze werkgroep. Ik zeg dit met enige reserve, maar ik vind de houding die zij in het recente verleden aannamen met betrekking tot enkel dossiers, nogal vreemd.'
Hieruit blijkt nogmaals dat de Belgische justitieminister persoonlijk op de hoogte was van het dichtdekken van de kinderpornozaak Zandvoort.

Victor Hissel – Operatie ‘Koala’: Waarom loog de Belgische Staat over de operatie Koala ?

Ik las dat Victor Hissel, die advocaat was van de ouders van de vermoorde meisjes Julie en Melissa, van het ‘bezit van kinderporno’ wordt beschuldigd (zie een copie van het artikel in De Morgen in bijlage).
Victor Hissel wordt ook in verband gebracht met de internationale Operatie ‘Koala’ waarmee de Belgische justitie haar door de zaak Dutroux geschonden blazoen wil oppoetsen.

Om te beginnen, wil ik het volgende kwijt over de operatie Koala: Toen de operatie Koala bekend werd gemaakt en men zei dat de Brugse pedofiel Pascal Taveirne aan de basis lag van de wereldwijde Interpol-Europol-operatie, schreven de Vlaamse kranten dat het ‘dank zij het snelle en efficiënte werk van de Belgische politie en justitie was dat Taveirne kon gevat worden en erger kon worden voorkomen’. Zij vergaten er echter aan toe te voegen dat Pascal Taveirne reeds in 2002 werd opgepakt. Dat gebeurde bij de Interpol-operatie Hamlet in Denemarken. Taveirne werd toen aangehouden wegens de handel in filmpjes waarop ondermeer te zien was hoe hij zijn eigen dochtertjes verkrachtte. Taveirne bleef echter om één of andere reden uit de klauwen van de Belgische justitie en vier jaar later (in 2006 namelijk) werd hij plotseling opnieuw opgepakt. Dat gebeurde tijdens de operatie Koala in Australië. Hij bleek nog altijd handel te drijven in zijn videofilmpjes.

Dat roept vragen op over de werkwijze van de Belgische justitie waarvan iederéén geloofde dat zij uit de fouten van het Dutroux-tijdperk ernstige lessen had getrokken.

Verder zie ik geen enkel verband tussen een Pascal Taveirne die zijn eigen kinderen verkrachtte en een Victor Hissel die zich met hart en ziel voor de ouders van de verdwenen en vermoorde kinderen inzette.

Victor Hissel werkte ook rond Gevrije Cavas, het zesjarige jongetje uit Sint-Jans-Molenbeek dat in februari 1985 verdween en nooit werd teruggevonden. De zaak werd pas aan de onderzoeksrechter overgemaakt in 1997, na de ophef rond de zaak Dutroux.

Op 8.12.2006 liet Victor Hissel weten dat de Brusselse rechtbank van eerste aanleg de Belgische staat had veroordeeld tot het storten van een schadevergoeding aan de familieleden van Gevrije Cavas. De rechtbank oordeelde namelijk dat er nalatigheden waren in het onderzoek naar de verdwijning van deze zesjarige jongen.
De Belgische staat moest 5.000 euro storten aan elk van de ouders en tussen 400 en 1.250 euro aan elk van de dertien broers en zussen van Gevrije Cavas.
“Deze schadeloosstelling werd niet toegekend voor het verlies van een kind en ook niet voor het ontbreken van de kans om de jongen nog terug te vinden, gezien het resultaat van het onderzoek nog altijd onzeker is. De schadeloosstelling werd toegekend voor de tekortkomingen in het onderzoek”, aldus meester Hissel. “Het is een belangrijke beslissing op principieel vlak. Volgens mijn weten is het zelfs de eerste in die zin.”
Het gerecht oordeelde dat de “straf van de ouders verzwaard werd omdat het onderzoek slecht gevoerd werd”, aldus de advocaat.

Het valt op dat Victor Hissel in alle Belgische kranten voortdurend een ‘kinderpornobezitter’ wordt genoemd terwijl de naam van Pascal Taveirne alleen maar in enkel buitenlandse kranten weer te vinden was. Iederéén spreekt over Victor Hissel terwijl Pascal Taveirne wordt vergeten. Pascal Taveirne onderhield jarenlang contacten met andere pedofielen waaraan hij zijn videos met de verkrachting van zijn dochtertjes verkocht. Hij werd destijds tijdens de operatie Hamlet aangehouden maar justitie liet hem terug vrij zodat hij zijn praktijken kon verderzetten.

Het valt op dat Romain Hissel die zijn zuster trachtte te wurgen, die zijn vader trachtte te vermoorden en tegenover de politie verklaarde dat hij ‘ook wel kinderporno had bekeken zonder te weten waarom’, in de Belgische pers voortdurend als slachtoffer wordt opgehemeld.

Het is alsof men door Victor Hissel voortdurend aan de schandpaal te nagelen, voorgoed hoopt af te kunnen afrekenen met wat er nog rest van de Witte Beweging en met de advocaten die zich voor de ouders van de vermoorde en misbruikte kinderen hebben ingezet.

Het is trouwens niet de eerste maal dat Victor Hissel wordt aangepakt. Volgens een BBC-bericht van 13 mei 1998 werd Victor Hissel destijds het slachtoffer van intimidaties en werd er druk op hem uitgeoefend om hem het zwijgen op te leggen. Toen Victor Hissel via de BBC bekendmaakte dat hij zich als advocaat van de vzw Julie en Melissa had teruggetrokken, organiseerde Gino Russo (vader van de vermoorde Melissa Russo) een manifestatie ten voordele van Victor Hissel en procureur Bourlet (zaak Dutroux).

Advocaat Julie en Melissa beschuldigd van bezit kinderporno

De Luikse advocaat Victor Hissel is in verdenking gesteld van het bezit van kinderporno. Dat is vandaag vernomen van het parket van Luik, dat zo een bericht van de RTBF Radio bevestigt. Hissel zelf ontkent.

De advocaat kreeg donderdag speurders over de vloer. Die vonden bij de huiszoeking kinderporno. Mr. Hissel werd verhoord en in verdenking gesteld. Het onderzoek moet uitwijzen of de advocaat ook kinderporno verspreidde, aldus het parket.

Mr. Hissel verdedigde de families Russo en Lejeune en de Witte Comités na de uitbraak van de zaak Dutroux in 1996. Hij was ook een tijdje de advocaat van de familie Marchal. Hij vertegenwoordigt de families nu niet meer.

Victor Hissel ontkent vandaag dat hij in verdenking is gesteld van het bezit van kinderporno. Hij wilde vanochtend in de gangen van het Luikse justitiepaleis enkel zeggen dat hij de feiten die hem ten laste worden gelegd analyseert, maar dat er geen enkele inbreuk valt te bekennen. Hij blijft intussen volhouden dat hij niet in verdenking is gesteld.

De inverdenkingstelling van Hissel is een uitloper van de internationale Operatie Koala. Dat Australisch onderzoek leidde eerder tot de arrestatie van een Bruggeling. Die maakte beelden van expliciete seksscènes met zijn eigen dochters. De man moet voor de correctionele rechtbank van Brugge verschijnen. Er werd 10 jaar cel tegen hem gevorderd. Het vonnis valt dinsdag.

In het onderzoek van Europol en Eurojust is sprake van 2.500 klanten van het netwerk. Volgens bronnen dicht bij het onderzoek is moeilijk denkbaar dat iemand per toeval kinderporno in zijn bezit krijgt.

Mr. Hissel verdedigde in de jaren ’90 ook Jean-Pierre Malmendier, wiens dochter Corine en haar vriendje in 1992 vermoord werden door twee mannen. Malmendier richtte de vzw Marc & Corine op die de families Lejeune en Russo steunden. Hij is verbaasd over de zaak. “Ik heb geen uitleg. In die tijd was Hissel een vurige pleiter tegen kinderporno.”

Ook Jean-Denis Lejeune, de vader van het vermoorde meisje Julie, is erg verrast. “Deze zaak laat me niet onbewogen”, verklaart Lejeune. “Ik ben compleet verrast.” Lejeune maant evenwel aan tot voorzichtigheid. “Het gaat slechts om een beschuldiging”, zegt hij. “Er moet onderzocht worden waarom die beelden op zijn computer stonden. Als het voor eigen gebruik of voor verspreiding was, is dat zeer ernstig.” De vader van Julie heeft sinds 2002 geen contact meer gehad met de advocaat.

Afluisteren van telefoongesprekken: 21 miljoen euro

Het gerecht geeft jaarlijks 21 miljoen euro aan het afluisteren van telefoongesprekken uit.

Ook de telefoons van de vzw Werkgroep Morkhoven worden al jarenlang door Justitie afgeluisterd omdat men de kinderpornozaak Zandvoort in de doofpot wil stoppen.

Marcel Vervloesem en de leden van de vzw Werkgroep Morkhoven zijn zelfs niet in staat om met elkaar te telefoneren...

Het gerecht heeft in 2008 ruim 21 miljoen euro gespendeerd aan het afluisteren van telefoongesprekken. Dat heeft minister van Justitie Stefaan De Clerck (foto)gezegd.

Eigenlijk kostten al die telefoontaps maar vier miljoen euro, maar het zijn de gerechtskosten (17 miljoen euro) die alles zo duur maken. Daarbij komt dat er nog eens drie miljoen euro werd uitgegeven aan tolken en vertalers.

Professor Criminologie Brice De Ruyver heeft het over een dure en arbeidsintensieve, maar onmisbare techniek. "De politie kan niet meer zonder telefoontap in de strijd tegen de misdaad."

"Binnen elke politiezone woedt soms het debat of tappen niet teveel politiecapaciteit opslorpt", gaat De Ruyver verder. "Maar telkens komen ze tot de slotsom dat ze niet zonder kunnen. Telefoontap is een van de belangrijkste middelen bij het oprollen van rondtrekkende bendes of in de strijd tegen de drugshandel en het terrorisme en het in de gaten houden van extremistische middens."

SHAKSHOUKA: NOT FORBIDDEN BY SHIN BET AND ISRAELI GOVERNMENT

Shakshouka (also shakshuka, shaqshuqa, chakchouka; Arabic: شكشوكة‎; Hebrew: שקשוקה‎) is a North African dish consisting of poached or fried eggs cooked in a sauce of tomatoes, peppers, onions, and spices (often including cumin, turmeric, and chillies), and usually served with white bread.
Originally enjoyed by rulers of the Ottoman Empire, this dish later amassed its greatest popularity among the North African countries. Shakshouka was then taken to Israel largely by Tunisian Jews after the Jewish exodus from Arab lands. This dish is now a staple of Yemeni, Israeli, Tunisian, Algerian, Somali and Moroccan cuisine.
It is similar to the Turkish dish Menemen, and the Latin American breakfast dish Huevos rancheros.
The Yemeni, Tunisian, Algerian, Somali and Moroccan elements are not deported from the Shakshouka and the dish is so good that even the members of the Israeli government and their children like to eat it.
The Skakshouka is very popular in the multi-cultural Israeli prisons.
It is Jewish and thus certainly democratic, not expensive, tasty, quickly prepared and nutritious.
This dish is not yet on the blacklist of Israeli Security Services.
People who eat it, can not be accused of infiltration, spying or terrorism. They can not be threatened, arrested and tortured by Secret Services to force confessions.

Embarrassing conversation comes back to haunt embattled Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg
Arow over Facebook's casual attitude towards the privacy of its 400 million users is threatening to snowball into a full-blown crisis as high-profile members start closing their accounts.
Facebook seems to deem the situation serious enough to have called an 'all hands' meeting of its staff yesterday to address concerns over data protection.
The situation was inflamed when Silicon Alley Insider posted an old instant messaging conversation between Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and a friend in which the then 19-year-old Harvard student called users of his newly founded website 'dumb fucks'.
During the conversation, Zuckerberg writes: "Yeah so if you ever need info about anyone at Harvard, just ask. I have over 4,000 emails, pictures, addresses, SNS."
When the friend asks him how he got the information, Zuckerberg replies: "People just submitted it. I don't know why. They 'trust me'. Dumb fucks."
Facebook responded to the publication of the 'dumb fucks' message, saying: "The privacy and security of our users' information is of paramount importance to us. We're not going to debate claims from anonymous sources or dated allegations that attempt to characterise Mark's and Facebook's views towards privacy."
The IM exchange may well be put down to college-boy bravado, but it chimes with Facebook's generally cavalier attitude to privacy since its inception. Most applications on Facebook require users to allow access to their personal information and that of their friends. It is possible to refuse, but those that do cannot then play games like Farmville or Mafia Wars with their Facebook friends.
Facebook caused particular outrage in December last year when it informed its users it had changed their privacy settings so that private information, including name, profile picture, gender, city, networks and friends could all be seen by strangers.

Facebook members call for BBC to fire political editor for ‘Tory bias’

Acampaign to persuade the BBC to fire its political editor Nick Robinson is gathering steam on Facebook. The group claims the election coverage by Robinson was "too biased" towards the Conservatives and in four days it has attracted almost 1,600 members. One member writes that Robinson was "unable to hide his glee when Cameron finally walked into Number 10".
The group, which is called 'Nick Robinson should not be the BBC's political editor', claims that Robinson is "consistently unable to disguise his bias in favour of the Conservative Party". Led by its creator Peter Tennant, it insists that this is not a personal attack on Robinson but wants to "addresses a specific concern regarding BBC objectivity".
Tennant plans to take a dossier of complaints to the BBC in order to get Robinson, 46, removed as its political editor, a post he has held for five years. On Facebook Tennant lists examples of "clear bias", including:
a) Comparing Cameron to Disraeli before he's even taken office;
b) Talking about Downing Street as a 'Labour free zone';
c) Talking about Gordon Brown as the 'unelected prime minister';
d) Talking about the Conservatives as having 'won' the election;
e) Talking about a rainbow coalition as a 'coalition of losers’;
f) The clear pleasure on his face when the Tories returned to power.
One of the group's main beefs is the fact that, as a student, Robinson was president of the Oxford University Conservative Association. In 1986 he spent a year as the National Chairman of the Young Conservatives.
Before taking over from Andrew Marr at the BBC in 2005, Robinson insisted that his Tory past was not an issue. "Just think what you were doing 20 years ago," he told Wired magazine. "I was still, sadly, going to Genesis concerts and listening to the Human League."
One former member of the BBC political staff, who preferred to remain anonymous, told The First Post today: "There are two things to bear in mind. One, it's true Nick was a Tory, but he never a 'nasty Tory'. He was against Thatcher. Secondly, his history as a Conservative means he has more insight into the subject. It makes him a better political correspondent."

Créateur du réseau social le plus en vue de la planète, Mark Zuckerberg nourrit forcément quelques fantasmes et histoires rocambolesques. De la genèse de Facebook aux saillies verbales sur la fin de la notion de vie privée, portrait et parcours du plus jeune milliardaire du capitalisme.
Attention, tête à claque en vue : 25 ans bientôt, milliardaire, businessboy en perpétuelle ascension, une biographie et presque 400 millions d’amis… virtuels. Mark Zuckerberg, c’est lui, le petit roux timide de la banlieue de New York derrière le tentaculaire Facebook. Un succès fulgurant fondé sur un concept assez simple mais révolutionnaire de partage d’humeurs, de photos, de vidéos, de vies. Le web 2.0 trouve ici son meilleur représentant. Lancé en 2004, Facebook a fait de son géniteur une icône du web, même si le discret Zuckerberg préfère répéter, dernière itération à l’Express en octobre 2008, que « l’important n’est pas de savoir qui est le PDG ».
Toujours est-il que le personnage est la figure publique du site et le porte-voix du social networking. Une ascension prodigieuse toutefois jalonnée de petites pépites, coups du sort ou de couteaux dans le dos comme seules les succès stories peuvent en contenir. Il y a un peu de Microsoft dans la naissance de Facebook et beaucoup de Bill Gates dans Mark Zukerberg. Il suffit juste de remplacer le garage qui a vu naître Windows par le bureau d’une chambre de fac.
La vengeance du rouquin
Année 2003. Du fond de sa chambre du campus de Harvard, un étudiant fulmine de ne pas faire partie de la sphère influente de l’université reine : le Porcellian Club. Il tente, il tente, mais en vain. Il faut dire qu’intégrer le club ultra fermé, fondé en 1791, promet une sacrée carrière. Des présidents des Etats-Unis, des patrons influents, des têtes pensantes du capitalisme sont passés par là. Mieux encore, si par « malheur » l’un des membres n’engrange pas son premier million de dollars avant l’âge de quarante ans, le club lui offre généreusement. Du haut de ses 19 ans, Mark Zuckerberg, né un 14 mai 1984 à Dobbs Ferry près de New York, doit également composer avec une gente féminine pas forcément très délicate avec sa petite personne.
Fraîchement une nouvelle fois humilié par une « date » sur le campus, Zuckerberg, plutôt que de noyer son chagrin dans le Dr Pepper, va tout simplement, lui qui tapote sur un clavier depuis presque 10 ans, pénétrer les serveurs de Harvard. Il récupère alors toutes les photos disponibles et lance, sur un site internet créé pour l’occasion, Facemash (tête à claques), où chaque utilisateur de la fac peut s’amuser avec les photos des autres étudiants, surtout avec celles des étudiantes, laisser des commentaires et des notes.
Prends l’idée et tire-toi
Le concept est tellement osé et génial que tout Harvard s’y engouffre, à tel point que les serveurs de l’institution sont mis à genoux. Grosse tape sur les doigts doués de Zuckerberg mais la frustration du jeune homme trouve ici un exutoire. Et des fans. Tyler et Cameron Winklevoss, autres petits génies du clavier et jumeaux, développent depuis quelques mois un logiciel, ConnectU, pour mettre en relation via le web plusieurs personnes se connaissant. Coupler leur idée avec celle de Mark, c’est leur proposition. Ce dernier accepte. Pas forcément ouvert au monde réel, Zuckerberg le solitaire pourrait trouver en les jumeaux des partenaires qui lui feraient enfin se sentir important. Pourtant, malgré l’accord et quelques ébauches de travail sur le site communautaire des frangins Winklevoss, Mark prend la tangente.
Légende urbaine confirmée depuis mars dernier par le site Business Insider, Mark Zuckerberg prend ses clics, ses claques, le code de ConnectU, Facemash et quelques deniers (environ 1 000 dollars) d’un pote, un vrai, pour monter une structure et travailler son projet dans son coin. Le généreux donateur et très proche ami, Eduardo Saverin, va également faire les frais des accès solitaire du petit génie. Plus de nouvelles mais il peut constater que Zuckerberg planche sur le projet et prend conseil auprès du fondateur de feu Napster, Sean Parker. En 2004, sans aucun diplôme de Harvard en poche, il lance TheFacebook avec Parker et relie tous les étudiants et anciens de la fac entre eux. Puis viennent les versions pour Princeton, Yale et Stanford en 2005. TheFacebook devient Facebook et s’ouvre au grand public en 2006, avec le petit succès qu’on lui connaît.

Cet enchaînement de trahisons aujourd’hui avérées est également le principal axe de développement de la biographie écrite par Ben Merzich (il y parle aussi beaucoup du rapport compliqué de MZ avec les filles), The accidental billionaires : the story of Facebook, a tale of sex, money, genius ans betrayal. Des embûches qui n’empêchent pas le réseau social d’avaler des membres à la pelle et d’attirer les investisseurs. Facebook compte ainsi près de 15 milliards de dollars de capitalisation, sans pour autant être entré en bourse. Un exploit quand les derniers indices rapportent que le modèle économique de Facebook (publicité ciblée et vente de fichiers de données) n’engrangerait que 150 millions de dollars par an environ de chiffre d’affaires. Mieux encore, Mark Zuckerberg devient en 2008, à 23 ans, le plus jeune milliardaire de l’histoire du capitalisme. Une fortune qui s’élève aujourd’hui à 1,5 milliard de dollars pour celui que le magazine Forbes place à la 52e place des personnalités les plus influentes de la planète.
Ombre au tableau, plusieurs preuves prouveraient la véracité des contes et légendes de trahisons de la genèse de Facebook. Les historiques des chats entre Zuckerberg et les frères Winklevoss à l’époque de Harvard, mais aussi des preuves de détournements de courriels de journalistes du Harvard Crimson, journal de la faculté vers lesquels les jumeaux s’étaient tournés pour enquêter sur l’affaire ConnectU/Facebook, alourdissent le dossier. Un litige qui a couru de 2004 à 2008 et qui a trouvé son épilogue sur le chéquier de Zuckerberg. On parle de 65 millions de dollars.

De rejeté de la vie réelle, Mark Z. est devenu en 5 ans le pape d’une communauté virtuelle si puissante qu’il a son mot à dire sur l’avenir du web. Son avis compte aujourd’hui autant que celui de Bill Gates ou Sergey Brin et Larry Page (Google). A tel point que sa sortie du 12 janvier dernier lors d’une conférence devant plusieurs décideurs de la planète web a forcé le monde à écouter et à trembler : « En tant qu’adultes, nous pensons que notre maison est un espace privé… Pour les jeunes, ce n’est pas le cas. Ils ne peuvent pas contrôler qui entre ou sort de leur chambre (…) Mais les gens sont maintenant plus enclins non seulement à partager plus d’informations différentes et aussi à s’ouvrir à plus d’internautes. La norme sociale a évolué avec le temps. L’ère de la confidentialité est révolue. »
Une magnifique présentation des évolutions des règles de confidentialité de Facebook, qui paramètrent les profils plus ouverts par défaut depuis décembre 2009. Photos, mur, commentaires, vidéos personnelles, si vous ne mettez pas le nez dans les réglages, il est facile d’accéder à toute votre vie. Après tout, on parle bien d’un site de réseau social et de partage, non ? N’empêche, le changement est si vicieux que son géniteur est lui-même piégé. Malgré les multiples démentis, Mark Zuckerberg, l’homme qui demande aux utilisateurs de Facebook de s’ouvrir au maximum mais qui possède le profil le plus verrouillé du site, se retrouve du jour au lendemain avec quelque 290 photos devenues publiques. Aïe. Dur pour un solitaire faussement ouvert. A-t-il joué le jeu de l’ouverture prolongée ? Que nenni. L’ensemble des contenus s’est volatilisé et la page du petit Mark re-vérouillée.
Tout est sous contrôle, comme toujours. Peut-être parce qu’il n’a que cette interface pour communiquer, Zuckerberg reste le seul maître à bord de Facebook. Malgré ses dires ( »ce qui compte, c’est l’équipe« ), difficile de ne pas déceler au travers des interviews et discours de conférence les résidus du gamins introverti mais fier de son jouet. Facebook, c’est son oeuvre et sa vie, à tel point qu’il préfère refuser les multiples assauts du milliardaire russe Yuri Milner, PDG du fonds de pension Digital Sky Technologies, car celui-ci demande en contre-partie des 200 millions de dollars qu’il est prêt à investir, une place au directoire. L’intransigeance du golden geek ne refroidit pas pour autant le russe, qui injecte tout de même deux fois 200 millions l’année dernière, sans autres compensation. Fort, très fort.
Un film cette année
Riche et très riche, en pleine réussite et capable d’imposer pas mal d’idées révolutionnaires sur le droit à l’image et la vie privée, Mark Zuckerberg compose maintenant avec un prochain alias au cinéma. Ainsi Justin Timberlake, chanteur pour minettes, gueule d’ange et parfois acteur, devrait-il endosser le jean et le tshirt du rouquin de Harvard le temps d’un film produit par l’acteur oscarisé Kevin Spacey (American Beauty) et réalisé par David Fincher (Se7en, Fight Club, Zodiac).
Baptisé « The Social Network », le long métrage devrait raconter la naissance du réseau Facebook, les divers brouilles qu’elle a occasionnées et peut-être aborder la psyché complexe de cet homme discret à la vie très privée qu’est le créateur du réseau de partage de millions de tranches de vies.
Pas sûr que ce solitaire dont le mur Facebook ne dit pas grand-chose et qui tente de mettre tout le monde en relation en ressorte avec plus d’amis.

Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman on Tuesday commented on the arrest of two Arab public figures suspected of spying for Hezbollah. "There is far more than decisive evidence," he said of the Shin Bet investigation of Ameer Makhoul and Omar Said.

"Our intelligence services are of the best in the world and are also very, very responsible people," Lieberman said during a visit to Japan.

"Without serious, decisive evidence, they would not have taken such a step. I suggest all those countries and people who accuse us take a look in the mirror and a look at the norms of democracy in Syria, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and all the other countries. No one can preach morals to us."

He added, "There is far more than general suspicions, and I suggest we really understand that there are quite a few people even here among us with the same values and world view as Iran, Hezbollah, and North Korea. They are much closer to the values of these countries that the values of a free democratic state like Israel. These people should be isolated from society."

Makhoul, 52, from Haifa, a very well-known figure in the Israeli-Arab society, and 50-year-old Said of Kfar Kanna, were arrested on suspicions of committing severe security offences, including espionage and contact with a foreign agent from Hezbollah. Most of the details of the affair are still under gag order.

Makhoul was arrested last week in his home in Haifa in front of his wife and children. Several computers were confiscated from his house. Said was arrested in April, and police confiscated material from his home as well.

Madness may be “mental incapacity caused by an unmentionable injury.” Such wounds often are not easily perceived but may be revealed in time of stress. Hamlet’s question, “have you a daughter?”(Act II. Sc2 182) Polonius about the Prince’s emotional state. What is hidden will surely be told to Cloudius by his adviser. Laertes’ search for revenge is sharper proof that madness in degrees of publicity causes harm to the observers. Claudius promise “no wind of blame”(Act IV, Sc.7,66) once Laertes kills Hamlet; perhaps this is what the uncle has sought all along for himself. Ophelia has a unique, very powerful form of madness; she seems caught as a “baker’s daughter,"(Act IV, Sc. 5, 42) between memories of her father and Hamlet who ought have spokedn to her of events on “Valentine’s day."(Act IV, Sc 5, 48) She is doubly hexed and the madness she has infects the whole court. Once a person’s mental state has been studied in public, there is no telling the injuries which may affect the viewers. Ever since the death of King Hamlet young Hamlet has been what appeared to be in a state of madness. In a discussion between Hamlet and Polonius Hamlet questions Polonius by asking him “have you adaughter.”(Act II, Sc.2, 182) In this discussion Hamlet shows anticbehavior towards Polonius by mocking him when Hamlet would usually show great respect for him because of he age and heis high position in the court. This sudden question to Polonius has caused Polonius to believe that Hamlet has a form of love-sickness and that Polonius is sure to tell Claudius of his condition. Hamlet also accuses Polonius of being the “Jephthah, judge of Israel,”(Act II,Sc.2, 399) meaning that Polonius would put his country in front of his daughter. Hamlet has now convinced Polonius that he is in a state of madness because he knows that Polonius cares for his daughter very much and would never put her second. By convincing Polonius that he has no consideration for the well-being of others, Hamlet is then hoping that Polonius will tell the court of his emotional madness. Unlike Hamlet, Laertes has developed a different kind of madness, a madness that is controlled by revenge. When Laertes is talking to Claudius, Laertes gets so much revenge building up inside him against Hamlet that Laertes now wants to “cut his throat.”(Act 4,Sc.7,125) Laertes’ behavior is caused by the sudden death of his father who was without a due ceremony, and his sister who has been driven mad, has contributed to the madness that is being built up inside Laertes. This madness grows even stronger when Claudius promises “no wind of blame”(Act IV.Sc7,66) when Laertes kills Hamlet. With Claudius being the puppet holder and Laertes being the puppet, Claudius turns Laertes into a savage beast to avenge for his fathers' death; perhaps this is what the Claudius has planned all along. Laertes has a form of madness that is escalating because Laertes knows that he has the capabilities and motivation to act on what he believes on. Ophelia has a unique form of madness unlike Hamlet’s and Laertes’ because it a mixture of love and hate. An example of hate is when she sings about a “baker's daughter.”(Act IV,Sc.5,42) Ophelia is referring to the way her father used to treat her before the tragic incident of his death. A love within her madness is when she speaks about the events on “Valentine’s day.”(Act IV, Sc.5,48) When Ophelia speaks about Valentines day she is referring to the events of romance that she was denied. Ophelia’s madness is brought on by her lack of being able to demonstrate any maturity in trying to cope with her losses and in return can only inflict her madness on the court. By stating that Hamlet could have controlled his fraudulent madness, he then had the capability of controlling his conscious mind into acting traditional. Where Laertes was very influential by others and had no real control over the mental state he was developing by the sway of Claudius. Ophelia was the most innocent victim of all because she was the side affect of everyone else’s actions and had no idea that she was mentally disintegrating. It can be noticed that within each of these three people there can be no reassurance on what the affect they may have on others due to their mental state in public.

Sur infowars.com nous pouvons lire qu’ils pourront ainsi poursuivre leur planning pour l’établissement d’une gouvernance économique mondiale. On apprend que la récession mondiale est prévue pour une année de plus.
Les informateurs et enquêteurs du groupe Bilderberg ont eu raison de dire que le prochain rendez-vous sera en Europe occidentale mais se sont trompés de pays. Le Bilderberg 2010 ne sera pas au Royaume-Uni mais en Catalogne, en Espagne, dans une station balnéaire d’une commune appelée Sitges.
La dernière réunion en Espagne du groupe Bilderberg, créé en 1954, date de 1989. Un rendez-vous qui s’est déroulé comme d’habitude à huit-clos, dans le secret, sur l’île de la Toja.
Cette année ils ne seront pas obligés de s’isoler de la sorte. Ils disposeront comme l’an dernier de forces colossales, armée, gardes, agents de sécurité, police…pour maintenir un verrou qui empêchera entre autres, tout journaliste d’accomplir son travail.
L’hôtel apparait être bien isolé et distant des zones touristiques, ce qui le rend parfait pour les participants. De plus, en essayant de réserver une chambre du 3 au 6 Juin le site de l’hôtel révèle qu’il n’y a plus de chambres disponibles du 2 au 6 Juin, dates qui correspondent aux dates du Groupe Bilderberg.
Cependant, le Groupe Bilderberg est connu pour laisser circuler de fausses informations, donc l’information sur l’emplacement exact peu changer à tout moment. Jim Tucker ou Daniel Estulin localise l’emplacement précis grâce à leurs sources intérieures, qui ont prouvées être généralement exactes, mais la méfiance est toujours de mise.
D’après les sources de Jim Tucker, la conférence de cette année se focalisera autours de la prolongation de la récession financière globale et sur l’idée de créer plus de drames économique afin de soutenir le prétexte de la nécessité d’une régulation en vue d’une gouvernance économique mondiale.

Comme l’investigateur du groupe Bilderberg Daniel Estulin révéla l’année dernière durant le rendez-vous Bilderberg en Grèce, les élitistes ont planifié un faux redressement économique dans le but d’aspirer les investisseurs à enfouir à nouveau leur argent en bourse, ce qui est exactement ce qui s’est passé avec le Dow Jones en progressant à nouveau sous la barre des 11,000 (Note du traducteur: Par ailleurs en France, le Cac 40 est remonté aujourd’hui au dessus de la barre des 4000)

Ik begrijp maar al te goed dat de problemen (anonieme telefoontjes, Internet- en Facebook-problemen) waarmee we, na de behandeling van ons verzoekschrift in het Europees Parlement, te maken hebben, enkel maar bedoeld zijn om ons te provoceren en het zwijgen op te leggen

Het ligt in dezelfde lijn als het spreekverbod met de pers dat men Marcel sinds 2006 per vonnis heeft opgelegd. Dat spreekverbod werd door het hof van beroep van Antwerpen (waar de 7 kinderporno-cd-roms Zandvoort verdwenen die de Koning voor onderzoek had overgemaakt), wel opgeheven wegens ’strijdig met de grondwet’ maar dat bleek achteraf enkel comedie te zijn.

Het spreekverbod met de pers blijft tot de dag van heden gehandhaafd en het is daarom dat Marcel tijdens zijn intussen reeds 2 jaar durende gevangenschap, geen journalisten mocht spreken.

De kinderpornozaak Zandvoort met de 90.000 slachtoffertjes moest in de doofpot gestoken worden, vond de Belgische regering die zich, na de zaak Dutroux, geen schandalen inzake kindermisbruik meer kon veroorloven.

Ook Procureur Bourlet (zaak Dutroux) benadrukte tijdens zijn gesprek met Marcel dat de pers ‘ten allen koste moest vermeden worden’. Nadat Bourlet schriftelijk garandeerde dat Marcel voor het overgedragen materiaal, niet zou vervolgd worden, maakte hij het op bevel van hogerhand aan de correctionele rechtbank van Turnhout over (dat Marcel gedurende meer dan 10 jaar via een zorgvuldig geregisseerd media-proces het zwijgen oplegde om de kinderpornozaak Zandvoort in de doofpot te kunnen steken). Op het gerechtshof van Turnhout verdwenen ook de ontlastende stukken uit Marcel’s strafdossier, zoals de Hoge Raad voor de Justitie in 2008 diende te erkennen.

Het door Marcel aan Procureur Bourlet overgemaakte materiaal werd door het gerecht van Turnhout onmiddellijk gebruikt om Marcel wegens het ‘bezit van kinderporno’ te vervolgen en te veroordelen.

Ook in het vonnis van de strafuitvoeringsrechtbank wordt voortdurend herhaald dat Marcel niet met de pers mag spreken.

Het vonnis van het hof van beroep in Antwerpen waarin dit spreekverbod met de pers werd opgeheven, is eigenlijk niet meer waard dan een rol toiletpapier in een slecht onderhouden toilet van een prestigieus justitiepaleis.

In June 2009, Defence for Children International (DCI)/Palestine Section published a report titled, "Palestine Child Prisoners: The systematic and institutionalized ill-treatment and torture of Palestinian children by Israeli authorities."

DCI/Palestine "is a national section of the international non-government child rights organisation and movement (dedicated) to promoting and protecting the rights of Palestinian children," according to international law principles.

Each year, about 700 West Bank children, under 18, are arrested, detained, interrogated, and prosecuted in Israeli military courts, in total about 6,500 since 2000. DCI lawyers represent 30 - 40% of them. The report focuses on their torture and abuse in custody.

Since the 1967 occupation, an estimated 700,000 Palestinian men, women, and children passed through Israel's judicial system, over 150,000 tried in military courts from 1990 - 2006, the remainder handled through plea bargains for lighter sentences. On average, over 9,000 Palestinians a year are affected, including 700 children treated the same as adults.

For nearly 43 years, Israeli military justice operated "almost completely devoid of international scrutiny," giving authorities license to violate human rights and humanitarian law with impunity. As a result, due process and judicial fairness don't apply under a system denying them.

Yet Article 37(b) of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) states:

"The arrest, detention or imprisonment of a child...shall be used only as a measure of last resort and for the shortest appropriate period of time."

In fact, Palestinian children are routinely arrested at checkpoints, on streets, going to or coming from school, tending olive groves, at play, and (most commonly) at home in the middle of the night, usually from midnight to 4AM with family members threatened not to intervene, beaten if they try, forced onto streets in their nightclothes, regardless of weather, and given no explanation.

Typically, arrests are lawless and violent. Homes are broken into unannounced, property damaged or stolen, children blindfolded, shackled, and often beaten, then thrust into jeeps, sometimes face down, for transfer to interrogation and detention centers, a procedure that includes beatings, verbal abuse and other degrading and inhumane treatment.

At detention centers, they're either placed in a cell or interrogated immediately. Usually no lawyer is present for days or weeks until questioning ends with a signed Hebrew confession few can read or understand. Once gotten, they're used against them in military courts, never mind that torture extracted evidence is inadmissible under international law.

Article 15 of the UN Convention Against Torture states:

"Each State Party shall ensure that any statement which is established to have been made as a result of torture shall not be invoked as evidence in any proceedings, except against a person accused of torture as evidence that the statement was made."

In custody, children endure:

-- blindfolding and painful shackling;
-- beatings;
-- violent shaking;
-- sleep depravation;
-- solitary confinement;
-- other forms of sensory deprivation;
-- no food and water for extended periods;
-- poor quality or inedible food when gotten;
-- no access to toilets, showers and clean clothes;
-- exposure to extreme heat or cold;
-- painful stress positions for extended periods;
-- sexual abuse;
-- threats, insults and cursing; and
-- extremely loud noises.

Often their parents and siblings are also arrested, beaten, detained, and their homes sometimes demolished.

After interrogation, detainees are processed for trial, sentencing, and imprisonment by one of two West Bank military courts, both on military bases. Decisions may be appealed in the Military Court of Appeals, but rarely ever will the High Court of Justice hear them.

Judges and prosecutors are military officers, some not certified by the Israeli Bar Association. Dispensing justice is nearly impossible under a system with no accepted standards. Children as young as 12 (and some younger) are prosecuted the same as adults, tribunals calling them adults at age 16, in contrast to Jews at age 18.

Under Military Order 132, six months is the maximum sentence for children aged 12 - 13; 12 months usually from 14 - 15 for offenses with a maximum penalty of less than five years; and unlimited for more serious offenses; under Military Order 378, 20 years for stone-throwing is permitted (the most common offense charged); and children 16 or older are considered adults and treated no differently.

Military courts deny judicial fairness, including:

-- the right to counsel until forced confessions are extracted, commonly by torture, pressure, intimidation, and at times trickery;
-- the right to prepare a proper defense with enough time, in adequate facilities, in confidence, with court documents in Arabic;
-- under Military Order 378, detainees may be denied counsel for up to 90 days;
-- under a grossly unjust system, attorneys commonly seek plea bargains to avoid trials and harsher sentences;
-- defendants, including young children are presumed guilty, full acquittals gotten in just 0.29% of cases;

-- the right to examine witnesses is restricted; few full evidentiary cases are heard; according to Yesh Din (volunteers for human rights), of 9,123 cases in 2006, only 130 (1.42%) got full evidentiary trials because having them is futile and punishments far harsher when convicted;
-- unlike in civil courts for Jews, Palestinians have no right to trial without undue delay:

(1) detention until a hearing before a judge - 24 hours for Jews; up to eight days for Palestinians;
(2) total detention period before indictment - 30 days for Jews, and up to 75 on authority of the Attorney General; up to 180 days for Palestinians;
(3) detention from end of investigation to indictment - 5 days for Jews; 10 days for Palestinians;
(4) detention from indictment until arraignment - 30 days for Jews; up to two years for Palestinians;
(5) detention from arraignment to end of proceedings - 9 months for Jews; up to two years for Palestinians; and
(6) judicial approval of detention extensions if proceedings continue - 3 months for Jews (per a Supreme Court judge); six months for Palestinians (per Military Court of Appeals judge).

In addition, defense lawyers rarely know charges until hearing days. Palestinian children are usually denied bail, and respect for their rights under international law is ignored.

Fourth Geneva's Article 147 requires fair trials, holding those responsible for denying them criminally liable.

Detention Conditions

Children as young as 12, and sometimes younger, endure overcrowding, poor ventilation, little or no access to natural light, poor quality (often inedible) and inadequate amounts of food, isolation, torture and abusive treatment.

Little or no education is provided, and none in interrogation and detention centers where children are often held for three months or longer. Also, with one exception, prisons are inside Israel in breach of Fourth Geneva's Article 76, stating:

"Protected persons accused of offences shall be detained in the occupied country, and if convicted they shall serve their sentences therein."

The provision also requires providing proper food, medical care, and spiritual help - women in separate quarters, supervised by women, and minors getting special treatment.

Palestinian detainees get none of the above, including permits for family members to visit imprisoned relatives.

'C'est de la criminalité pure. il y a des industries et des politiciens qui font n'importe quoi pour gagner de l'argent et pour étouffer leurs crimes. Comme ce qui s'est passé dans notre dossier. En 1998, nous avons découvert le réseau pédo-criminel deZandvoort. Il y avait 90.000 victimes (dont des enfants et des bébés torturés et violés). Mais les autorités hollandaises, belges et français ont étouffé cette affaire. Dans cette affaire, il y avait aussi 7 CDROM's de porno d'enfants qui ont été disparus sur le cour d'Anvers (les CDROM's que nous avons donné en 1999 au Roi belge qui les transférait aux recherches judiciaires). Et ce qui s'est passé? On a aussi étouffé cette affaire. 'Child Focus', le centre européen belge pour la recherche des enfants disparus, n'a même pas en parlé. Le Roi (le palais royal) a simplement réagi avec un ou deux mots. Et Marcel Vervloesem, le porte-parole de notre association était accusé et enfermé. Il est lentement assassiné au prison où il était isolé pendant 50 jours. C'est un vrai torture. Depuis 2006 il n'a même pas le droit de parler avec la presse. Marcel a de cancer, a une maladie du cœur, a des problèmes des reins (on attend une crise rénale), est gravement diabète et a été plus que 20 fois admit d'urgence à l'hôpital où il a été opéré ( dont 5 ou 6 fois à la prison). Comme vous dites: pourquoi devrait-on pas assassiner des hommes pour étouffer des affaires ou pour atteindre son but ? Avec l'absence de scrupules, tout est possible...'

Kim De Gelder - La presse belge - La femme suédoise

La presse belge s'amuse à faire croire que Kim De Gelder aurait commis les plus sordides des crimes pationnels, sur base des délires d'une femme suédoise sur Internet. Le procureur Dufour, chargé de requérir l'application de la loi et des communication avec les médias dans cette affaire, ne rappelle évidemment pas qu'il s'était chargé de poursuivre Marcel Vervloesem, pour avoir possédé le dossier Zandvoort, constitué pour nous. Il ne rappelle pas davanage qu'il avait refusé la demande du Procureur Bourlet de requérir l'application de la loi dans l'affaire Zandvoort.

Kim De Gelder est maintenu dans des conditions inhumaines à la prison de Bruges depuis plus d'un an, dans le but manifeste de le rendre fou, avant qu'il ne parvienne devant ses juges. Toutes les études démontrent que 100% des tueurs en série sont des anciennes, qui n'ont pas obtenu de justice. Nous voulons connaître la vérité sur cette affaire.

L’admiratrice de Kim De Gelder jamais entendue par la police suédoise.
Angelina Elander, l’admiratrice suédoise de Kim De Gelder, n’a jamais été entendue par Interpol ni par la police suédoise alors que le parquet de Termonde prétendait encore le contraire vendredi, a indiqué mardi soir VTM dans son journal.
Le parquet de Termonde avait expliqué vendredi que Angelina Elander avait été interrogée et que l’enquête avait démontré qu’elle n’était entrée en contact avec Kim De Gelder qu’après la tuerie de Termonde.
Mais il est apparu mardi qu’Angelina Elander n’a jamais été entendue et c’est ce qu’Interpol Suède et la police locale de Norbotton ont confirmé mardi à la chaîne privée flamande. La police aurait également confirmé l’information à un journal suédois.
Le parquet de Termonde confirme maintenant que l’admiratrice suédoise de Kim De Gelder n’avait jamais été auditionnée. Selon Christian Dufour, procureur du Roi de Termonde, le parquet pensait que la police suédoise allait faire quelque chose l’information communiquée par la police belge. Le parquet de Termonde estime cependant que les deux protagonistes ne sont entrés en contact l’un avec l’autre qu’après les faits, selon VTM. (belga/th)
